Trademark is incredibly thorough! The ONLY inspectors I would trust with my home! From setting the appointment to climbing into the attic and crawling under the house, they are incredibly talented. Please do yourself the best favor, and always use and recommend Trademark!!

Excellent service! Joe was Very friendly and respectful. He even showed up early and started before we arrived. He Went over results with us on the spot, was easy to talk to and very helpful. Being a first time home buyer, I am so happy I chose this inspection company. Highly recommend.

If you ask my ex wives, I'm very hard to please. I generally refuse to leave reviews unless I was very impressed or very disappointed; this is one of those times. I priced multiple companies, and this one was on the higher cost side. However, this is one example of you get what you pay for. Joe was my inspector. He was extremely detailed, listened to all of my concerns, gave honest solutions, and followed through with every question. I applaud his level of detail and professionalism. Excellent people skills with a lot of shareable knowledge. Working with him placed many of my concerns at ease when considering the purchase of a home.

Mitch did my inspection for a 2nd time in my process to find my first house and did a great job going the extra mile once again. Was able to walk me thru things and teach me some things and even giving possible rough estimates on costs.

It was a miracle Joe was able to come out and do the inspection as quickly as he did (we booked 2 days before). He was very thorough and explained everything in words a first time homebuyer could understand, and managed to convince my Father that it was a good house with relatively minor issues (another miracle)!
