Michigan Home Buyer Inspections
Creating Confidence in Home Buying
Don't Get Stuck With a Bunch of Costly Repairs When Purchasing Your New Home!
Purchasing a home is a substantial investment, typically it’s one of the largest investments you will ever make. That’s why it’s essential you take every precaution necessary to not only protect your financial investment, but also to protect your family.
A home buyer inspection can uncover issues with a home to help you make an informed and logical decision when moving forward with purchasing a house. Maybe there’s a few minor issues that the current homeowner should take care of before signing on the dotted line, or maybe there’s a structural issue that’s too expensive to repair and it would be better if you kept looking.
Without a detailed home buyer inspection of a home, you’re left without those important details of the home that will help you to make the best decision for you and your family.

Nobody wants to deal with costly repairs shortly after purchasing a property. That is why we teamed up with Residential Warranty Services, a licensed home warranty company, to include over $100,000 dollars of protection FREE of charge with every Home Buyer Inspection.

We tend to book out between 5 and 10 days however we know time is a factor and the inspection needs to be done sooner than that. In those cases we do everything possible to fit your inspection in, as long as it doesn’t make it so the inspector will have to rush anyone’s inspection.
In general a home inspection is not a pass or fail test.
