Buying a home can be a very stressful time for anyone, not to mention it is possibly the biggest investment you will make. There are many decisions that need to be made when buying a home and a good home inspector is just one of those.
Finding the new car you wanted cheaper at another dealership is a great deal. But looking for the cheapest price on a service, particularly one as important as the condition of your most expensive purchase is not a good idea. Compare inspector’s credentials (training and experience). Compare what previous client’s friends and family have said about the inspector.
Instead of the cheapest price, look for the best value. Which is better a 1-2 hour inspection with a check sheet report deliverd on site, or an inspection lasting 2 - 3+ hours (times are estimates some homes require longer time) with another 1-2 hours producing a clear to read and understand report with digital pictures? You decide if the better value is the cheapest.
We will re-inspect at no charge to you items that were found to be defective in the inspection report if needed. As a client you may call any time with questions about your home.
