My name is Eric Bethel and I own Trademark Home Inspections, LLC. Trademark Home Inspections, LLC is a locally owned and operated company serving St Louis city and surrounding counties in Missouri. I am a certified inspector, a member of NACHI and ASHI.
Nobody works harder for your satisfaction than Trademark. I want to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about the property you are purchasing. We only schedule two inspections per day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. This is to guarantee I have enough time to inspect and educate you on the property. It is highly recommended that you attend the inspection, if you cannot, we are available by phone anytime you have questions.
With the inspection comes a free 90 DAY AWA HOME WARRANTY. We then provide you a free Brinks home security system with installation, or evaluation and update if needed to an existing security system (monthly monitoring is not included).
You are our client for life; you can call us anytime before or after the inspection, even if it is about someone else’s home. We want you to be happy.
